چکیده

در چارچوب حقوق بین‌الملل بشر، حق بر غذا، حق بنیادین هر شخص بر دسترسی پایدار به غذایی است که پاسخگوی نیازهای تغذیه‌ای او بوده و فاقد عناصر سمی و خطرناک باشد. ارائه محصولات غذایی ترا ریخته و عوارض ناشی از تغذیه با این محصولات غذایی برای مصرف‌کنندگان، موجب بروز نگرانی‌های جدی در میان فعالان حقوق بشری شده است. هر دولتی موظف است اطمینان حاصل کند که دست‌کم همة افراد تبعة حکومت او به حداقل مواد غذایی ضروری و سالم که برای معیشتش کافی باشد، دست می‌یابد؛ بنابراین، با توجه به عرضة روزافزون محصولات غذایی تراریخته در بازار مصرف، پرسش اصلی این است که بر اساس موافقت‌نامه‌های بین‌المللی موجود درزمینة ایمنی مواد غذایی، دولت‌ها چگونه می‌توانند برای ایجاد تعادل میان تأمین حق بر غذا و حق بر سلامتی، به تعهدات خود درزمینة تأمین غذای سالم و ایمن برای افراد تحت صلاحیتشان اقدام نمایند.

چکیده [English]

In the framework of international human rights, the right to adequate food is a fundamental right of everyone to access to food which is safe and Nutrient. Risks which associated with GM food productions for consumers, has been arisen concerns of human right activists. Every state has the duty to ensure that all persons under its jurisdiction achieve at least minimum essential food which is necessary for his or her life. So that because of increasing supply of GM food in the market, and the obligation of states to ensure the supplement of healthy and safe food for members of society, the main question is about the obligation of states to ensure the balance between right to food and right to health on the base of international agreements in the field of food safety.
